Yes. All 60 lessons, the typing games, typing practice and 3 typing tests a day stay free for one kid profile, with no account. Pro plans add tools for grown-ups.
Do kids need an email or an account?
No. Only the parent or teacher signs in, with an email link. Kids use a nickname and an avatar. Students join a class with a 6-character class code.
How do students join a class?
The teacher creates a class and gets a code. Students go to typerockets.com/join, type the code and a nickname, and start typing. Their progress shows up on the teacher dashboard.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Is TypeRockets COPPA-friendly?
Yes. We never ask kids for an email or full name, we never show ads, and only the signed-in parent or teacher can see synced progress. Read our privacy policy.
Do you show ads?
No. There are no ads on TypeRockets, on any plan.
