About the Capital Comets unit
Capital letters use the Shift key on the opposite side from the letter. This "opposite hand" rule keeps both hands balanced and stops the common habit of typing capitals with one hand. Names and sentence starts give plenty of real practice.
Which Shift key?
The letters in this lesson (A, S, D, F, G, Q, W, E, R, T, Z, X, C, V, B) are typed with the left hand, so the right pinky holds right Shift. Press Shift first, tap the letter, then let go of both.
