🧮 Ten-Key Tower

Lesson 59: Number Pad Math: + - * /

What this lesson teaches

The math keys sit on the right and top of the number pad. Your pinky presses + and Enter.

Each run has 3 parts: a warm-up drill, number groups and number lines. You will type things like: 4+5 9-3 6*2 8/4 12+30 100-1

New to the number pad? Start with the finger guide in Lesson 56: Number Pad Home. Keep Num Lock on and your right hand on 4 5 6.

Pass with 90% accuracy to unlock Lesson 60: Number Pad Review. Earn more stars by keeping accuracy high and building speed.

Tips for grown-ups

  • Remind your child to keep fingers on the home row between keys.
  • Accuracy first. Speed comes with repetition.
  • Replaying a lesson for 3 stars is great practice.
  • Track progress in the Parent Dashboard.
