🧮 Ten-Key Tower

Lesson 57: Number Pad Up: 7 8 9

What this lesson teaches

Reach up from 4 5 6 to 7 8 9 with the same fingers, then come back home.

Each run has 3 parts: a warm-up drill, number groups and number lines. You will type things like: 47 58 69 74 85 96

New to the number pad? Start with the finger guide in Lesson 56: Number Pad Home. Keep Num Lock on and your right hand on 4 5 6.

Pass with 90% accuracy to unlock Lesson 58: Number Pad Down: 1 2 3 and 0. Earn more stars by keeping accuracy high and building speed.

Tips for grown-ups

  • Remind your child to keep fingers on the home row between keys.
  • Accuracy first. Speed comes with repetition.
  • Replaying a lesson for 3 stars is great practice.
  • Track progress in the Parent Dashboard.
